Men vs Imperial (H) - 28/11/2024

BLWP 03 - 12 Imperial

First Quarter:

The matches started off with Tp Aaren winning the swim off and our team positioning well for a good attack. After some good team work and Tp Dan playing incredibly well with Tp Silas they managed to score a goal and open the match score. Despite the good efforts the team gave at offense, defense was a bit tricky. Mr. incredible himself, Golden BeHinde decided to jump with both hands to stop a shot getting himself a major as a gift for his efforts. The other team managed to score 2 goals getting to a score 2-1 at the end of the first quarter.

Second quarter:

The second quarter was a difficult one, being at the deep end it was tough to make solid attacks and despite the great shots from the team we didn’t manage to score any goals. On the other hand we witnessed some great defence from Golden BeHinde and Tp Dan as well as some incredible saves from Chundy Shark in the goal. Tp Silas and Tp James helped a lot in defence blocking strong shots and pressuring the opposition.

Third quarter:

In this quarter the team gave it all, we had some great defence with Golden BeHinde in our pit D and the rest of the team backing him up. Chundy Shark had some amazing saves and the team played in perfect sync. Golden BeHinde managed to score two goals getting the score of our team to 3 and raising the morale of the players.

Fourth quarter:

Team got tired, and plays became sloppy. Defense took a shot by Golden BeHinde’s miscalculation on how many majors he is allowed to have in a game and getting himself wrapped. Tp Chris played well against his player matching his plays and giving him a run for his money. They managed to score 5 goals by the end of the period which led into the final score being 12-3
