Weekly Update 12 - 20/01/2019
Hello everyone,
Last week was absolutely packed, hope everyone had an amazing time at a truly massive Barts to the London Pub Crawl, shoutout to the social secs for smashing it!!
This week we go back to basics with a more traditional schedule.
Due to the girls recent form terrifying off the Essex opposition, their match on Monday has been cancelled. We instead welcome back our coach, who has a pivotal training session planned at the usual place and time in Shadwell.
Wednesday continues in our normal fashion, with S&C and Women’s Fitness all going ahead as usual. In the evening we return to Laird Hall early doors to feast on their wine and watch this year’s Panto. As always, we will then trek over to the Griff for a power tables before we finish the night off right with a boogie.
There’s no better way to wash away the hangover and sin then with more TRAINING at Mile End pool, meet at 5:15pm and let your captain know you’re planning on coming.
We end the week with a traditional Sunday training- we don’t get that many of them anymore with matches in full swing, so make sure you make your way down for our only 1h30 session of the week, we have a caulker in store (with the potential of an appearance by Coach).
