Weekly Update 13 - 27/01/2019
Heyo everyone,
Very packed and competitive week coming up!
... which is why it’s so crucial everyone comes down to our Coached training session of the week on Monday in Shadwell 9:15pm. No better way to kick off the week, especially as we’ve been enjoying minimal swimming and lots of ball action on Mondays 🤙
The men can’t stay away from the fortress, as they return the following evening for their “Away” fixture vs King’s. This is an absolute caulker to watch, and we would appreciate any and all support to deliver them yet another defeat. 9:30pm start!
As iconic duos go, straight after LUSL 1A & victory, you will find S&C and Women’s Fitness! Usual time and place, before we give our stomachs and livers a good workout in the evening at FINAL WHISTLE.
On Thursdays we swim 🤓 We’ve been having consistent attendances, which we’ve been loving, but there’s room for more, so make sure you come down to what is a pivotal training session. No fitness no victory. 5:15pm poolside at Mile End pool.
On Friday, LUSL 1B will attempt to emulate the heroics of LUSL 1A, as they face off against KCL Away, once again. LUSL 1A- let’s get down as many supporters as possible to try and lift our struggling compatriots (I’m done now I promise xxx).
We finish off the week on Sunday evening, with hopefully 2/2 wins in the bag. There’s a chance Coach may be coming down- even more reason it would be criminal to miss our one 1h30 session of the week. Bethnal Green 6pm see you there !
Old boys and girls is coming up very soon, HYPE! Always one of the best days of the year...
