Weekly Update 3 - 07/10/2018

Hello Hello everyone,

We start the week in high spirits, off the back of a truly packed 7 days. We’ve seen everything from a new coach, men & women’s socials, alumni gracing us with their presence in the pool, our Buddy system going live and a women’s (boozy?) brunch.

The next week shows no signs of stopping, as we start our first games of the season!

On Monday we have our usual training at the Shadwell fortress, with a special emphasis on our match preparation.

On Tuesday the Men will mass produce pasta for our Tactics with Renos Jeropoulos night, where we will share carbs, tactics and feelings (if last years was anything to go by) ahead of our massive match against UCL.

On Wednesday we focus on our wellbeing, as we treat our bodies right with more S&C, women’s fitness and Tables.

Thursday sees our last training session (Shadwell 9:15pm) before the Men travel to UCL, so the Men should expect a massive session off the back of our Tactics Night, whilst the girls bask in the full attention of our NEW COACH.

Sunday is the day the Men have been waiting for, as we travel to UCL for our blockbuster bash. The women will be focusing on their own upcoming matches with normal training at York Hall at 6pm, no doubt enjoying a full pool to themselves!
